1Member Eligibility

- You must be an individual legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
- You are registering in your own personal capacity — not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
- You are not on the list of individuals excluded from royal123 services.
- You provide registration information that is truthful, accurate, and kept up to date at all times.
Age Verification
Royal123 takes child protection seriously. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts suspected of being owned by a minor will be suspended immediately pending verification. Winnings obtained prior to verification may be voided if an age violation is confirmed.
2Registration & Account Management
Every royal123 member is fully responsible for the security and activity of their account. royal123 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account credentials confidential.
Account Holder Responsibilities
- Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at royal123 at any one time.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and username confidential — do not share them with anyone.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including actions carried out by third parties.
- If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, contact royal123 support immediately.
- Account information, including your name, identity card number, and bank details, must be accurate and updated whenever changes occur.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Royal123 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before processing a withdrawal or when account activity triggers a security review. Documents that may be required include:
- A clear copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad)
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not more than 3 months old)
- A screenshot or proof of the payment method used
Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

General Bonus Terms

4Deposits & Payment Methods

5Withdrawals
Royal123 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and transparently. However, certain conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
Withdrawal Terms & Procedures
- Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used — this is a fraud prevention measure.
- Your first withdrawal requires a completed identity verification (KYC) before it can be processed.
- Standard processing time: 1–3 business days for bank withdrawals. e-Wallets are typically faster.
- Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
- Royal123 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals exceeding RM10,000.
Processing Time
Withdrawals are processed on business days between 9 AM and 9 PM. Requests received outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. Processing delays may occur during Malaysian public holidays or when additional verification is required.
6Game Rules
All games on the royal123 platform — including slots, baccarat, blackjack, Live Casino, and Sports Betting — are subject to their own specific rules as well as the following general rules.
General Game Rules
- All game outcomes generated by the royal123 system are final and binding, and may not be disputed except in the case of a verifiable technical error.
- In the event of a technical disruption during an active round, royal123 will settle the round based on system records or void the bet and return the amount to the account balance.
- Bets accepted before the disruption occurred are valid and will be settled once the system is restored.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface.
- Royal123 reserves the right to restrict or void any bets suspected of exploiting system vulnerabilities.
Live Casino & Sports Betting
- For Live Casino games such as baccarat and blackjack — the live dealer's decision is final once confirmed by the system.
- For Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, e-sports) — the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds used for settlement, regardless of any subsequent odds changes.
- Sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant sports governing body.
7Privacy & Data Protection

8Strictly Prohibited Activities
Royal123 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward dishonest, fraudulent, or unlawful activity. Violations will be acted upon immediately and without warning.

- Registering more than one account to obtain multiple bonuses (bonus abuse).
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or exploit the system.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Using stolen credit or debit cards or any unauthorised payment method.
- Money laundering activities conducted through the royal123 platform.
- Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
- Abusing promotions or deliberately seeking ways to circumvent wagering requirements.
Consequences of Violation
Any breach of the above rules may result in: immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, a permanent ban from the royal123 platform, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable.
9Account Termination
A royal123 account may be closed either at the member's own request or at royal123's discretion under certain circumstances.
Account Closure Upon Member Request
- You may request account closure at any time by contacting royal123 support.
- Any available cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
- The account closure process takes 3–5 business days to complete fully.
Termination by Royal123
Royal123 reserves the right to terminate or suspend an account without prior notice if:
- There is evidence of fraud, collusion, or money laundering
- A member violates any term set out in this document
- Account shows suspicious or unusual activity
- Account inactive for more than 12 months with no login activity
10Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Royal123 is committed to resolving all complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently. We have a clear complaints procedure in place to ensure every issue is handled appropriately.
How to Submit a Complaint

- Step 2: Our team will investigate your complaint within 5 business days and reach out to you with an initial response.
- Step 3: If you are dissatisfied with the initial decision, you may request a review by senior management within 14 days.
- Step 4: Senior management decisions are final on all matters relating to platform operations.
11Liability Limits
Royal123 provides the platform on an as-is basis. Certain liability limitations apply that all members should be aware of.
Disclaimer of Liability
- Royal123 is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions, device failures, or technical issues beyond our control.
- Royal123 is not responsible for game outcomes affected by network delays or connectivity issues on the user's end.
- In all circumstances, royal123's maximum total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
